Unfortunately our pets make the mistake of having accidents on our area rugs. In most case we can fix these problems. Please understand that sometimes due to the way some area rugs are colored the urine can upset the colors and create some permanent color issues. We will do our best to remove the contamination and leave your rugs looking great. Please understand an up charge will be made for pet accidents due to extra time and chemistry.
